Happy Tuesday, sweet friends! How was your day?! I hope you said something along the lines of “great or amazing or wonderful” but if not, that’s okay too! This week is already flying and trust me, I understand feeling behind this early into a new week. I just got back from an amazing trip to Boston with two of my best blogger friends. One thing about blogging that I have absolutely grown to love is the authentic friendships created from social platforms. When I was telling my friends who I was traveling with, I made the mistake of saying “Two really nice girls from Instagram that I haven’t met before”. Well, only half of that was true. I accidentally met Josie in NYC this summer, so it’s not as bad as it sounds, right?! Anyway, we had an amazing time exploring Boston, hosting a style social, taking pictures with a new photographer and more, that I can’t wait to share. While there, I was lucky to be able to style and shoot some fun workwear pieces.

ICYMI, I styled fun pieces from Talbots last season and feel in love with their pants! This season, I’m loving their slim pull-on pants for work. Since I stand for hours for my day job, I’m always searching for comfy but stylish items to add to my closet. Well y’all, I have been wearing these pants non-stop since getting them. I’ve also been into everything neutral this fall! I cannot stop wearing neutral tops, shoes, pants, dresses, vests and everything in between. So of course as soon as I saw this camel poncho, I HAD to grab it. I had no choice, right?! (Let’s just say yes – that’s true.) This poncho will be my best friend as we transition through fall into winter because the neck detail keeps me warm and the overall style allows extra space in case I decide to layer a long-sleeve shirt underneath.
