Happy Monday, sweet friends! Can you believe that a new week is ahead of us and that we are practically half way through the month? I cannot believe how this year has flown by and all the changes that have happened. In case you missed it, I celebrated my 1 year post college graduation date last week and it barely feels real. I honestly believe that my life has changed more over the past year than over the past 2 or maybe even 3. I’ve seen how life can flip upside down and still be amazing. Also, I’ve learned how to not hold onto things, people, situations, jobs and tangible items more than they hold onto you. I’ve done one life update and one check-in since graduation and would love for y’all to check them out. Also, let me know if you’re interested in a post about lessons I’ve learned since graduation and advice.

So y’all, It’s probably no surprise that skirts and dresses are my favorite. In any given week, you’ll probably see me wearing a dress 3-4 times and a skirt once. When I was in high school, I fell in love with wearing dresses and skirts because as a dancer and cheerleader, I was constantly changing  for dance class midday, cheer in the afternoon and changing again when I got home. Dresses always seemed to be the easiest option for getting through my busy days. When I got to college and had to work for part of the day, go to class for part of the day and try to make it to bible study, dresses and skirts again became my best friends. If you notice on the blog, most of the time I’m styling a dress or skirt for casual or work style and everything else in between. So, with the weather heating up and so many good sales happening right now, I wanted to round up my favorite places to snag skirts this year.     I know right? Time goes by like crazy! At least since I entered “adult life” haha. I think our every-day responsibilities make us forget how to really live in the present. But, not to go into philosophical talk, I absolutely adore skirts,dresses and the outfit you created! If the Swedish weather would allowed me, I would buy only that haha. And some Tops of course 🙂

  7. I feel like I don’t wear enough skirts. In the summer it’s usually shorts or dresses for me. But this year I think I might branch out. I’m going for more skirts, culottes, and palazzos! Skirts look so fabulous on you!
