Little Black Choker Dress

Hey friends hey! Happy Friday y’all! I am pumped for this four day holiday weekend and even more excited that we will have clear, warm weather here in North Carolina. I honestly let time slip away and forgot to plan anything major for this weekend so I plan on relaxing by the river tomorrow, church and brunch on Sunday then heading to the beach on Monday. I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by many NC beaches but haven’t been to one in my almost 6 years of living here. If you live in or around NC or have visited beaches here, let me know which are your favorite! I prefer a low-key beach where there’s not rowdiness and chaos happening since I’m trying to relax. So y’all, a few weeks back I shared this adorable LBD that I snagged on super clearance for only $13 at Belk. I was shopping for a mixer and came home with 3 dresses for under $40 total – talk about a S T E A L. I was hesitant about this dress initially because as someone with a large chest, tops and dresses with peep holes rarely work in my favor. However, I was surprised at how much this dress covered my chest and was so comfortable with the choker style. I wore it recently to an engagement party + cocktail hour with friends and received so many compliments. This dress is on an amazing sale right now but sizes are going quick!   8. How Fab! I love this choker dress I scored recently but after I while I felt it was too tight around my neck. You look so comfortable and stylish in yours. Great find!

    • I’ve always felt the same exact way! This neck piece was a little looser so it was comfy 🙂

  18. Very pretty and that dress is fabulous! Love your shoes too! As for beach recommendations, I really enjoy Wrightsville and Ocean Isle. I would say Ocean Isle is probably quieter and more laid back.
