Happy Friday, beautiful friends! How was your week? If your past few days have looked anything like mine, you’re wondering how the weekend got here so quick. Since I have a few fun days planned in Charlotte and Chapel Hill this weekend, I have been looking forward to Friday all week long + anticipating something good. I’m pumped to be visiting my BFF from college and to explore Queen City!
When it comes to Easter, one of my strongest memories was shopping for the “perfect” white dress with my family for hours on end. We went to Target, Burlington, Justice, Delia*s, Old Navy and just about every other store in between until we all had coordinating outfits for church and brunch. Though I loved the white frill dresses with big shoulders and matching frill socks, I am so glad the days of only wearing white on Easter are over. For me now, I’m always looking for the most colorful and fun dress for church that I can continue to wear once the service, week and month are over. Following my rule of 3, I don’t buy anything that I can’t wear to at least 3 locations/events as a way to maximize my spending.
