Happy Thursday, sweet friends! We are officially one week into Summer AKA travel, vacation and hosting season has started. 1 | Doubling my water intake: With a new job where I’m at a desk a large portion of the day, I’ve had to work a little bit harder to remember to get in my 8 full cups a day. I’m now getting into the habit of filling my 24 ounce cup as soon as I get to work and at least once after lunch. Without a doubt, I can get in 6 cups at work then make sure I’m getting at least 2 cups in before and after work.
